Mooncat is our beautiful tiny house located between the pools and the campground. This is a fantastic space to try tiny living, it has two lofts, a large one accessible by steep stairs with an incredibly comfortable queen bed and a second one accessible by ladder with a twin bed. The house has a living room area, efficient propane wall heater, galley kitchen with a stove, oven, and full-size fridge, full bathroom with a big tub and on-demand hot water, as well as a sweet deck with space for eating.

In the summer months, you're steps away from our spring-fed pools, creek walking is just a short walk from your deck. In the winter this a warm and cozy place to retreat and enjoy nature. This lovely spot is perfect for a solo retreat, a romantic getaway or for a small family.

All of our accommodations have basic staples, coffee, tea, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper. We are happy to share fresh eggs from our chickens when available. Kitchens are supplied with everything you need for basic simple cooking - pots & pans, utensils, cookie sheets, dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, good knives, press pot for coffee, teapot, electric hot water kettle. Outside is a charcoal barbecue. We also have a kitchen lending library for special equipment, just ask if you need something and we'll supply it if we can.

The tiny home was surprisingly well equipped. Everything was clean. The water pressure was great, and the shower was better than some hotels I have stayed at. We were pleasantly surprised by some of the nice touches in at Mooncat. They provided eggs for us that were delicious and clearly fresh from the coop. There is a full-size refrigerator, a mini-oven, stove, full-sink, toaster, and electric kettle. We had everything we needed to make a nice breakfast and reheat our food. The bed is close to the roof, so be ready for a tight-squeeze getting in there. You will need to crawl in and out. The beds were comfortable. A foldable table is available for inside use. The home was full of nice aesthetic touches and utilities. The outside deck is wide open and pleasant for breakfast in the fresh woodland air.

I have to say, the pictures truly don’t do this tiny house positioned in a grove of pine trees justice. The cabin is thoroughly stocked—I brought my groceries in (although there’s a local market less than 1.5 miles away from the airbnb if you forget something), and everything you need to cook simple meals is provided. Excellent water heater for a hot bath. Warm propane heater that keeps the cabin toasty. Strong WiFi for being a mountain escape. The surroundings are lovely and humble—it was a perfect solo getaway in nature. Yet, close to lots of cool things (wine country, hikes, hot springs) if you are seeking adventure. An accessibility note: the main loft with a queen bed has stairs, so you don’t have to worry about climbing up and down a ladder to access the bathroom. However, there’s an additional single bed that is only accessible by ladder. Enjoy the Moon Cat. She’s a gem.

The house is located in a quiet camping area where you can hear the sound of frogs and birds. The facilities in the house are very new and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The heater works well and hot water is available all the time. There are many great trails and wineries within 40-mins drive.

Fantastic little place. Perfect for two people, it was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Also enjoyed nightly visits from a cute and ultra-friendly cat that I decided to also call Mooncat.

This adorable tiny home is perfect! We enjoyed our stay immensely! It was nice and toasty inside with the heater while it was pouring rain outside and 34°F. The full size tub/shower was wonderful! The hot showers were much appreciated. So much storage space throughout. The kitchen is well equipped. The scenery... I could live there! It was breathtaking! The creek was so peaceful. We can’t wait to stay again soon! You’ll love your stay!
